2. Products and Orders

  • All products listed are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time without notice.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when the product is shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at the time of order. We accept various secure payment methods available at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

  • After notifying us of your return, you have 14 more days to send the product back.

  • You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if reasonably possible).

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in good condition.

6. Warranty and Complaints

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the item in accordance with consumer protection laws.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
