At Furever Your Friend, we are committed to delivering our premium dog grooming products as quickly and affordably as possible. Please read below for details about our shipping process.

📦 Order Processing

  • All in-stock items ordered before 22:00 (CET) on a business day are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 22:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

🌍 Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to the following regions:

🇳🇱 Netherlands, 🇧🇪 Belgium, 🇩🇪 Germany

  • Flat rate: €5.95

  • Free shipping for orders over €59

🇪🇺 Other EU Countries

Includes (but is not limited to): France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Ireland, etc.

  • Flat rate: €11.95

  • Free shipping for orders over €75

🌎 Non-EU & International Shipping

Includes: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, and other international destinations.

  • Shipping starts at €29.95

  • Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Please note that customs fees, duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days

  • Germany: 2–3 business days

  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on customs)

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

❌ Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will be refunded the full order amount including the original shipping cost. Only the return shipping costs from your home to us are at your own expense. These costs depend on your chosen carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the item has clearly been used, damaged, or altered by the customer, the right to cancel becomes void.

To request a return, please contact us at info@fureveryourfriend.eu. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return request, provided the product has been received in good condition.

When returning a product or package, please include:

  • The reason for the return

  • Whether you'd like a refund or replacement
